Deliver clear, actionable insights and board-ready reporting to support executive decision-making.
Optimize capital structure, cash flow, and working capital management to support rapid growth.
Evaluate potential M&A activity and other strategic growth opportunities in partnership with the CFO and private equity stakeholders.
Build and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration.

15–20 years of progressive finance and accounting leadership experience, including oversight of full finance departments.
Strong technical accounting foundation; Big 4 public accounting background highly preferred.
Experience in a private equity-backed environment is essential; must understand the pace, reporting rigor, and value creation levers typical of PE ownership.
Proven ability to lead and scale high-performing teams (currently ~12 professionals, within a broader finance department of 25).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; capable of engaging with the C-suite, Board of Directors, and private equity partners.
Demonstrated success in high-growth or transformation-stage companies, ideally those that have doubled in scale over a short period.
