Accounting ClerkThe transaction processing accounting clerk is responsible for accurately and efficiently handling a variety of financial and administrative transactions for a multi-location automotive group. This role supports dealership operations by processing deals, verifying documentation, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards. Responsibilities

The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable:
- Process vehicle sales, lease, and finance transactions from start to finish, ensuring all paperwork is complete and accurate
- Review and verify deal documentation, including titles, registrations, payoff information, and funding packets
- Enter transaction data into dealership management systems and maintain digital and physical records
- Communicate with sales, finance, and service departments to resolve discrepancies and obtain missing information
- Liaise with banks, lenders, and state agencies to facilitate funding and titling
- Reconcile daily transactions and prepare reports for management review
- Support month-end closing activities and audits as needed
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer and company information
- Previous experience in automotive dealership administration, accounting, or transaction processing preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency with dealership management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or higher preferred
