Job Description
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligible is needed to provide services at two onsite school locations in Morgan Hill, CA. This contract opportunity supports elementary and middle school students with speech and language development from ASAP through June 5, 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized speech and language therapy to elementary and middle school students
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor student progress
- Collaborate with educators and families to support student communication goals
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all therapy services
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to educational planning
Qualifications and Experience:
- SLP holding a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or actively completing a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience working with pediatric populations, particularly in educational settings, preferred
- Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders, evaluation techniques, and intervention strategies
- Ability to work onsite at two school locations within Morgan Hill, CA
- Dedicated professional with excellent communication and organizational skills
Schedule and Location:
- Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
- Monday through Friday with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break
- Onsite role at two elementary-middle school campuses in Morgan Hill, CA
This position is a contract role spanning the current school year with potential for extension.
