Staff Pharmacist

We are seeking a licensed Pharmacist for a 12-week contract at an ambulatory care outpatient pharmacy in Viroqua, Wisconsin. This is a great opportunity for a pharmacist with retail experience to support a busy outpatient setting.

Schedule:

Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Rotating Saturdays: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Dispense and verify prescriptions accurately and efficiently
• Support daily pharmacy operations in an outpatient ambulatory care setting
• Deliver excellent patient care and ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient medication therapy

System/Software:

CarePoint and Epic

Requirements:

• Active and unrestricted Wisconsin Pharmacist license
• Retail pharmacy experience required
• Ambulatory pharmacy experience preferred
