Cath Lab Tech – WVU Restrictions: Only 1 WVU submission at a time; no locals (within 50 miles); max 1 year in system (2-year break required after); no license hits; no prior WVU employees unless gone 2+ yrs. Unit: 2 labs, ~10 cases/day Certs: BLS, ARRT Cases: Diagnostic L/R heart caths, PCI, IABP, temp pacemaker Duties: Rad Techs scrub/assist physician, sterile technique; RNs circulate, sedate, document Experience: 1+ yr Cath Lab/Rad Tech; first-time traveler okay with solid background EMR/Equip: Siemens On Call: 24/7 coverage; 1 week of call every 4 weeks (Mon 7 AM–Mon 7 AM); weekend/holiday call rotational; 30-min response Shifts: 5 days/week, times vary by schedule Other: No floating (extra shifts possible if skilled); scrubs provided; orientation up to 36 hrs
