In this role, you’ll provide essential administrative and technical support to the** **TMC Professional & General Liability Self-Insurance Trust (SIT)** **and the** **Office of General Counsel (OGC)** **.** **If you’re the kind of person who enjoys keeping things running smoothly, loves working behind the scenes to help others succeed, and can handle confidential information with care, this could be the perfect fit for you.** **What You’ll Do:** **No two days are exactly alike! Here’s a look at some of the key ways you’ll support our team:** **Prepare and type a wide range of documents — from confidential reports to memos and correspondence.** **Organize calendars, schedule meetings (in-person and virtual), send invites, coordinate logistics, and even take and distribute meeting minutes.** **Be the welcoming face and voice of our office — greeting visitors, answering phones, and connecting people with the right resources.** **Support our paralegal, litigation counsel, and the Office of General Counsel with daily administrative needs.** **Help manage insurance processes, including credentialing, verifications, loss runs, and certificates of insurance.** **Work closely with our insurance broker to handle important forms and coverage requirements.** **Keep supplies stocked and assist with creating reports, graphs, and presentation materials.** **Promote quality improvement, safety, and inclusivity in all aspects of your work.** **What We’re Looking For:** **We’d love to hear from you if you have:** **A** **High School diploma or equivalent** **.** **Three years** **of progressive secretarial or administrative experience.** **Strong typing skills (** **60+ words per minute** **).** **Comfort using a variety of computer programs and software.** **The ability to take and transcribe notes accurately.** **A positive, team-oriented attitude and a commitment to confidentiality.** **Why You’ll Love Working With Us:** **A supportive and collaborative team environment.** **The chance to make a real impact on the operations of our organization.** **Opportunities to learn and grow in a professional legal and insurance setting.** **If you’re ready to bring your organizational skills, attention to detail, and friendly attitude to a team that values your contributions, we’d love to hear from you!** **Working at University Health is about making a difference.
