Blue Print Out is seeking a motivated and career-driven Management Trainee to join our fast-paced and growth-oriented team. This role is designed for recent graduates or professionals looking to build a foundation in operations, leadership, and strategic management. As a Management Trainee, you’ll work directly with department leads, gaining exposure to various aspects of the business while developing leadership and decision-making skills.
Responsibilities
Assist with daily operational tasks across multiple departments
Collaborate with senior management to plan and implement business strategies
Monitor key performance metrics and contribute to process improvements
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and leadership workshops
Conduct market research and generate business reports
Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff development initiatives
Rotate across departments to gain hands-on experience in sales, operations, and customer service
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
