Field Superintendent / PM

We are seeking a Construction Superintendent/PM to help supervise a construction project near Las Vegas, NV. We are a lean, nimble group seeking a PM/Superintendent with 5+ years of experience available immediately to manage our project. Knowledge of the interior construction process is mandatory to coordinate subcontractors, material deliveries, project planning, update schedules, and a high level of communication with the PM and Owner.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have 5 years of experience in commercial construction.
• Must take full ownership of assigned responsibilities.
• Must be tenacious and unrelenting.
• Must be willing to fill in at any level where there's an immediate need.
• Must have a higher standard for quality control than the most particular client.
• Must be an over-communicator.
• Must be a leader.
• Must be able to solve problems creatively.
• Must love a fast pace and relish the hustle.
• Must love construction!

PREFERENCES:

• Familiarity with Procore, Microsoft Office Suite, OneDrive/365.
