Robert Half is partnering with a client in the financial services industry to hire a Client Service Manager. This hybrid role is based in Tysons, VA, with 3 days in the office each week. It’s an excellent opportunity for professionals who thrive in a client-facing environment and enjoy supporting both clients and advisors with high-quality service and attention to detail. As a Client Service Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth account operations, and delivering outstanding service that reflects the firm’s commitment to excellence.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering a welcoming and professional experience from the first interaction onward
  • Support advisors and clients by providing timely account information and assisting with day-to-day service needs
  • Manage accounts by overseeing new account setup, maintaining accurate documentation and records, processing deposits and paperwork, and coordinating appointments
  • Foster strong client relationships by anticipating needs, addressing questions, and proactively resolving issues
  • Handle phone communications with professionalism and good judgment, ensuring all inquiries are managed through to resolution
  • Ensure full compliance with industry regulations and internal policies in all aspects of client service
  • Welcome and assist clients and guests during visits, reinforcing a high-quality, service-oriented environment


Qualifications

  • Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Associate’s required; Bachelor’s preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience in client-facing roles, within financial services or wealth management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail, accuracy, and compliance
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
  • Problem-solving skills with sound judgment and professionalism in client interactions
