Job Description

We're looking for well-spoken, responsible, and energetic Events Brand Ambassadors to share Renewal by Andersen products and services to homeowners that are visiting and attending events throughout the Peoria area. This job is best suited for an individual who enjoys working with the public, being physically active throughout their day, is confident communicating, has flexibility in their schedule, and is willing to learn new things on an ongoing basis. Hourly pay is $16/hr butour average representatives earn $25-$30 per hour.

We are looking for staff to work events throughout the year. We offer a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Not your typical 9-5 job. Hours vary with potential to work 16-30 hours weekly.

Responsible for fabrication, assembly and managing the flow of material throughout the plant. Duties include but are not limited to:
Following all required safety practices and company standards
Operating manufacturing equipment and hand tools
Producing high quality work that conforms to standards
Able to work in a team environment
Participating in on-the job training initiatives and seeking out growth opportunities
Maintaining good attendance and punctuality
Supporting a respectful workplace
