Job Summary
The Customer Service Support role is responsible for managing and tracking shipments throughout the delivery process, maintaining clear communication with customers, carriers, and internal teams, and providing timely updates and issue resolution to ensure a smooth logistics operation.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Track shipments from shipper to receiver, ensuring timely delivery.
  2. Communicate proactively with customers and CTL regarding load updates and any issues.
  3. Liaise with carriers to obtain ETAs, monitor load status, and resolve transportation issues.
  4. Keep Customer Representatives (CR) updated on the status of their assigned shipments.
  5. Manage Over, Short, and Damaged (OSD) claims by collecting necessary information and photos to support disposition processes.
  6. Answer brokerage line calls, providing carriers with load updates and support.

Required Qualifications
  1. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers, carriers, and internal teams.
  2. Ability to multitask and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
  3. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  4. Experience with shipment tracking and logistics coordination preferred.
  5. Proficiency in relevant software systems for tracking and communication.
