About who needs care: Uses a walker, falls and needs help getting up sometimes. Likes cooking but says he would like help with that. Needs help with house upkeep and preparing to move and sell it after the holidays. Doesn't drive, needs transportation. About the care needs: Funny personality would be a great fit. Cooking skills would be helpful. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
