Childcare Needed

We are expecting twin girls soon and are hoping to find a full time nanny to help take care of them when we go back to work. We do have a dog with a lot of anxiety but she is very friendly when she gets to know you. We are interested potentially in 4 10 hour days per week, potentially with some flexibility on which 4 week days you would work.
