Babysitter

Looking for a part time (2-3 days) nanny for our almost 5-month-old. Which days would be flexible for now through the rest of the year. Would require 5 days a week starting in January. We'd like someone with experience with newer babies and would be nice if they had some education in early childhood development. We're a politically progressive and inclusive household and are looking for someone who can match that energy while helping to raise our child.
