They’re hiring an Engineering Technician / EIT I to join their Boise team and support projects that directly benefit family farms and ranches across the country.

What You’ll Do
- Support licensed engineers on civil and agricultural projects
- Perform calculations, assist with civil design, and prepare technical reports
- Coordinate with agencies for permitting and compliance
- Conduct fieldwork: surveys, materials testing, and construction observation
- Manage project deliverables, timelines, and documentation

What We’re Looking For
Must-Have:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or completion of an Engineering Technician program
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D
- Strong math, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
- Ability to work independently and in the field across varied conditions
Nice-to-Have:
- Passion for agriculture or background in ag operations
- Comfort working in/around dairies, feedlots, or poultry facilities
- Strong organizational skills and proactive “jump-in” attitude
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $25–$35/hr DOE
