  • Coordinate with agencies for permitting and compliance
  • Conduct fieldwork: surveys, materials testing, and construction observation
  • Manage project deliverables, timelines, and documentation

What You’ll Gain

  • Direct mentorship from senior engineers
  • A clear path from hourly to salaried role based on performance
  • Broad exposure across civil design, agronomy, permitting, and field operations

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D
  • Strong math, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
  • Ability to work independently and in the field across varied conditions

Nice-to-Have:

  • Passion for agriculture or background in ag operations
  • Comfort working in/around dairies, feedlots, or poultry facilities
  • Strong organizational skills and proactive “jump-in” attitude

Compensation & Benefits

  • Pay: $25–$35/hr DOE
  • Health Insurance: 100% employer-paid (employee-only)
  • PTO: 15 days to start (vacation + sick)
  • Retirement: Simple IRA with 3% employer match
  • Growth: Common progression from hourly to salaried professional
  • Relocation: Considered case-by-case for standout candidates
