Responsibilities:
- Perform TIG welding on various metal components according to specifications and drawings
- Assemble and fabricate metal parts using power tools and hand tools
- Follow welding codes, standards, and procedures to ensure quality and safety
- Inspect welded joints for defects and make necessary repairs or adjustments
- Actively participate in all 6S processes within assigned department
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screen
  • Superior attendance
  • Proven experience as a TIG welder and proficient in TIG welding techniques
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality welds
  • Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to changing technologies
