Nuclear Medical Technician - Nuclear Med Technician

Job Details:

• Work day shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
• No on-call responsibilities
• No weekend requirements
• 2 years nuclear medical technician experience required
• Cardio experience required
• BLS (AHA) preferred
• NMTCB certification required
• Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals (radioactive drugs) to patients for diagnostic imaging or treatment
• Operate specialized equipment to create images showing how organs and tissues are functioning
• Explain procedures to patients and ensure radiation safety for patients and staff
• Maintain equipment and document all processes
• Collaborate with physicians to diagnose conditions and provide crucial data for patient care and research
