UV Tech Lead - Full-time

Description Schedule: Day Shift, 6:00 am - 2:30pm, rotating weekends and holidays Required Job-Specific Competencies: + Demonstrates skill in cleaning/disinfecting a variety of rooms used for patient care. knowledgeable of procedures for cleaning, disinfecting, infection control, UV Disinfection, and safety. + Ability to work with minimal supervision. + Organize cleaning duties and prioritize work to complete assignments in an efficient manner. + Maintains collaborative working relationships with nursing and other departments. + Actively guards the confidentiality of sensitive information, including but not limited to the patients, staff, and the health system. + When the supervisor is absent/off - Must use judgment, decision making, creativity, innovation, Resourcefulness & planning to respond to a wide variety of issues involving associates, procedures, equipment, patients, projects, and special requests. + Receives guidance and management support from the Supervisor and the Director of ES. Education and experience: + Required- 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience. + Required – previous computer experience. + Required- High school diploma or equivalent.
