We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Manager to lead the Jesuit Community area, overseeing nursing operations, staffing, and resident care planning. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a faith-based, resident-centered environment.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise RN/LPN Case Managers, Supervisors, and direct care staff.
• Ensure high-quality clinical care and compliance with nursing standards.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, payroll, and PTO approvals.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, families, and external providers.
• Coordinate outbreak responses, vaccine clinics, and health department reporting.
• Conduct audits, evaluations, and performance coaching.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold HIPAA standards.
• Participate in QAPI initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications:

• Nursing Degree required; BSN preferred.
• Active RN license in Wisconsin (unrestricted).
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in long-term care.
• Strong communication, leadership, and computer skills.
• CPR certification required.
• Proven success in resident-focused care and team management.
