What You'll Do

Sales & Lead Generation

• Focus on generating Private pay and Veteran client leads through strategic partnerships and local market engagement.

• Identify, build, and maintain relationships with key referral sources including hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, senior centers, and physician offices.

• Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets by converting leads into clients through proactive outreach, follow-ups, and relationship management.

Community Engagement & Brand Awareness

• Represent the agency at networking events, health fairs, senior expos, and community gatherings to build brand awareness.

• Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives to engage key referral sources and expand community partnerships.

• Collaborate with local businesses, churches, and organizations to strengthen referral networks and establish new business opportunities.

Referral Development & Relationship Management

• Serve as the main point of contact for referral partners and potential clients, providing excellent service and consistent follow-up.

• Conduct educational presentations and one-on-one meetings with referral partners to showcase home care solutions.

• Track outreach efforts, referral conversions, and client engagements using a CRM system to monitor performance metrics.

Marketing Strategy & Outreach

• Work with internal teams to refine messaging and develop marketing materials that appeal to the private pay audience.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to ensure a competitive and responsive strategy.

• Ensure all sales and marketing efforts align with industry regulations and company standards.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: 5+ years in marketing/sales, with 3+ years in healthcare, home care, hospice, or senior services.

• Track Record: Proven success in business development and client acquisition.

• People Skills: Strong communicator with natural relationship-building talent.

• Self-Starter: Able to manage outreach and marketing initiatives independently.

• Tech Proficiency: Comfortable with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and basic digital marketing.

• Local Knowledge: Familiarity with Mississippi senior care landscape is a big plus.

• Mobility: Must have reliable vehicle and be willing to travel for outreach activities.

Compensation & Perks

• In your first 90 days, you’ll have the opportunity to earn $150 for every successful referral on a commission-only basis. After this initial period, you will be reviewed for a full or part-time permanent position.

After 90 Day Performance Review:

• Base Salary: $45,000 - 60,000 (based on experience)

• Commission & Quarterly Bonuses: Tied to client acquisition and revenue growth. 3% of commissions
