Want to make a difference, make an impact to your clients and your team, be in a stable in demand industry and also learn how to own and run a store?  Not a franchise as those fees can be too expensive and too controlling.  This is a partnership with a local team that is licensed and endorsed under the Farmers Insurance Group umbrella of locations.  You are the boss, but with a playbook of best practices, suggestions and a guide to help you.  You make the final decisions, but also comply with local and state laws alongside with company policies. 

Continuous training at your pace. Base pay plus commission while you learn the skills necessary to become successful, then when you are ready we will help transition you into the owner.

• No experience needed.
• Strong desire to be successful (friendly competition with other local store owners) 
• Strong work ethic. 
• Must possess the ability to focus and execute on your goals. 
• Strong consulting/advisory skills for clients are needed or will be developed.
• Must have or develop the ability to lead a team to achieve your goals.
• Professional and Personal budgeting and disciplined will be needed.  As you become the owner your income can increase quickly with our most of our new owners surpassing $100k, then $200k within 2 years.
