Job Description
The Halyard Restaurant Group, is searching for an Executive Chef to lead a team of loyal, hard-working, loyal crew members with daily services and banquets in a new restaurant as part of a newly renovated hotel. Our new restaurant, Agio, opened in May with breakfast, lunch, and dinner being served every day. We also have a couple of small rooms for banquets.
Responsibilities include:
Hiring and Training of Staff
Maintenance and Organization of Recipes
Maintaining Standards of Work and Job Duties
Maintaining Standards of Quality, Organization, and Cleanliness
Maintaining Standards of Positive, Happy Work Environment
Production of Menu Items and Daily Special
Organization and Production of Off Premise Catering

Qualifications
- Strong organization
- Experience with large staff and multiple service periods
- Inventory management experience
- Food service management skills
- Strong background in kitchen management
- Proficiency in budgeting
- Banquet and upscale dining experience preferred
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
