As we look toward the next stage of growth, we are seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial Office Manager who can help us streamline operations, improve efficiency, and expand our customer base.

Position Overview:
This role is ideal for someone who is both detail-oriented and big-picture minded. You’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of our office, manage scheduling and customer communications, support field staff, and implement systems that make the business run smoothly. For the right candidate, this is not just a job—it’s an opportunity to become a key partner in a growing company with the potential for part ownership.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations, scheduling, and customer communications
- Manage customer accounts, billing, and service records
- Support and coordinate with field technicians to ensure timely and quality service delivery
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations
- Track business performance metrics and assist with growth planning
- Provide excellent customer service and problem resolution
- Contribute to marketing and customer retention initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- A self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset
- Experience with the pool service industry
- Comfort with technology, scheduling software, and business systems (training provided)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay calm under pressure
- Previous experience in office management, service business operations, or small business management preferred (not required)
- A long-term mindset and interest in business growth and ownership opportunities
- Must live in Orange, Lake, or Seminole county
