Matrimonial/Family Law Associate – White Plains, NY

We are a busy Matrimonial and Family Law firm in White Plains seeking a skilled Associate Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate is licensed to practice in New York and experienced in all aspects of family law litigation.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:

• Licensed to practice law in New York State

• 2–3 years of Matrimonial/Family Law experience preferred

• Handle court appearances, depositions, and motion practice

• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents

• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the Court

• Comfortable with billable hour requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Adobe

• In-office, full-time position (5 days per week)

Salary: $80,000 - $120,000
