We are looking for passionate and dynamic individuals who can provide exceptional customer service to Airbnb users in the Spanish-speaking community. In this role, you will assist customers in navigating their Airbnb experiences, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues they may encounter.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer support to Spanish-speaking Airbnb users via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with booking inquiries, cancellations, and modifications while ensuring a smooth experience.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Requirements
