Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, to address inquiries in Spanish.
• Provide personalized assistance to customers regarding products and services, enhancing their overall experience.
• Handle customer complaints and concerns effectively, ensuring resolution and satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for follow-up and analysis.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and customer satisfaction rates.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to clients.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is also required.
• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
