Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician to provide direct outpatient care in a collaborative clinical setting. This role involves managing acute and chronic conditions, contributing to care protocols, and supporting a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive ambulatory care to clinic patients
• Participate in developing and refining clinic protocols and procedures
• Supervise and consult with physician assistants and nurse practitioners
• Engage in peer review and quality improvement initiatives
• Provide in-service training to enhance staff capabilities

Key Qualifications

• Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Valid Oregon medical license (or ability to obtain)
• Strong clinical judgment and patient-centered care philosophy
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
• Experience in outpatient or community health settings preferred
