Travel Ultrasound Tech contract job- Dunkirk, NY

Degree in Radiologic Technology, American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) Ultrasound certification, and minimum 1+ years Imaging experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Sunbelt Staffing is hiring a Part-Time Travel Ultrasound Tech for a 13-week contract in Dunkirk, NY a charming town right on the shores of Lake Erie.

Assignment Details:

• Location: Dunkirk, NY

• Contract Length: 13 weeks

• Schedule: Part-time 2 afternoons per week (3 PM 11 PM)

• On-Call: Every 3rd weekend coverage

• Hours: 15 hours/week

Required Qualifications:

• US Registered

• Vascular certification required

• ARDMS and RVT (VT) certification preferred

• Minimum of 2 years recent Ultrasound/Vascular Tech experience

• Ability to work independently during on-call coverage

• Strong communication and patient care skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality vascular and general ultrasound exams

• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare providers to support diagnostic accuracy

• Maintain equipment and ensure safety protocols are followed

• Provide excellent patient care and education during exams

• Be prepared for occasional on-call weekends (every 3rd weekend)
