Job Description
We are looking for a skilled IT Support Analyst to join our team in Brunswick, Georgia. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless technical operations, providing support for various systems including Windows OS, macOS, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory. Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Windows OS and macOS systems.
• Provide support and administration for Microsoft 365 tools such as Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and group policies using Active Directory.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
• Record and document support activities, solutions, and processes within the ticketing system.
• Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT team members when necessary.
• Offer guidance and training to users on best practices and self-service tools.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and effective technical support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve IT operations and service delivery.
• Demonstrated experience in IT support or help desk roles.• Strong proficiency with Windows OS and macOS environments.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 applications and Active Directory management.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and support.
• Familiarity with desktop hardware, imaging, and workstation setup.
