Responsibilities

• Assist Dutch-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat with inquiries related to buy now, pay later services.
• Provide clear explanations of payment options and help customers navigate their accounts and transactions.
• Address customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Document interactions accurately in our CRM system to ensure proper follow-up and service quality.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer service processes and outcomes.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and financial solutions to provide informed assistance.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the financial or e-commerce sector.
