In this role, you will be a key player in providing outstanding support to our Italian-speaking clientele, ensuring they have the best experience with our products and services.


Responsibilities

  • Field inquiries from Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing their needs effectively.
  • Provide detailed information about product offerings and assist with order placements and service inquiries.
  • Resolve customer complaints with professionalism and a focus on delivering solutions.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system to maintain service quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and address complex issues.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to offer accurate assistance to customers.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is preferred.
  • Experience in customer service and a passion for helping others.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide effective resolutions.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and comfortable with digital communication tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A customer-centric approach with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
