Total Number of Openings 1 Chevron is accepting online applications for the position **Blending Scheduler** through **10/06/2025** at **11:59 p.m.** **Central Time** **.  ** Operations Schedulers are responsible for optimizing flow by coordinating pipeline, marine and or terminal logistics for commodity movement. You will work closely with trading teams and third-party customers to approve nominations for movement, produce shipping schedules and manage inventory. On-call availability for evening, weekend and holiday scheduling will be required. **_Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:_** + _Lead day-to-day scheduling and operations for trading teams, including activities such as blending, quality control, loss prevention and forecasting analysis_ + _Manage nominations for pipeline, marine, rail and/or truck carriers; monitors and executes commodity movement_ + _Partner with traders to manage physical inventory positions and recommend trade activity based on interactions with third parties_ + _Monitor pipeline/terminal operations to optimize schedules_ + _Engage with internal and external industry experts and maintain strong relationships and lines of communication_ + _Collaborate on and communicate operational costs, optimization initiatives and best practice learnings_ + _Maintains blending schedules. Performs blending analysis using blending software._ + _Identifies opportunities to increase blended product quality specifications and value and alerts and coordinates potential alternate actions._ + _Assists commercial groups in evaluating the economics and viability of potential business opportunities by presenting alternative valuation viewpoints and incorporating logistical/operational factors and/or market blending intelligence._ **_Required Qualifications:_** + _Demonstrated blending experience._ + _Experience in energy, manufacturing, transportation, supply chain and/or finance_ + _Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on Operational Excellence and delivering results_ + _Demonstrated organizing and planning skills_ + _Demonstrated ability to analyze data to draw valid conclusions, identify root causes and solve problems_ + _Demonstrated strong communication skills, ability to communicate at various levels within the organization_ + _Demonstrated influencing skills, the ability to work effectively and cooperatively with a diverse team_ + _Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook._ _  A background in SAP or Right-Angle would-be a plus_ **_Preferred Qualifications:_** + _Bachelor’s degree_ + _Refined product commodities, crude and or gas trading operations scheduling experience in a trading environment._ + _Pipeline scheduling experience_ **Relocation Options:** Relocation **may be** considered within Chevron parameters. **International Considerations:** Expatriate assignments **will not** be considered.
