**Job Description Summary**
Lead and oversee the accuracy and strategy of Kittyhawk Item Master and Configuration data, managing a portfolio of 500K items. Develop and implement product master data structures aligned with new programs, planning models, and manufacturing process changes.
Act as a key Subject Matter Expert (SME) for ERP initiatives, tackling complex technical challenges and driving innovative solutions to ensure buy parts coverage while optimizing inventory.
Define product data structure requirements to achieve desired ERP behaviors, establishing and refining data rules based on planning and orchestration scenarios. Maintain item attributes throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring the quality of Oracle Item Master data and Bills of Material. Investigate and guide technical teams on issues impacting MRP plans. Collaborate with Design Engineering, Configuration Management, Planning, Sourcing, Manufacturing, and Logistics to translate stakeholder needs into appropriate attribute settings.
Establish an operating rhythm, data ownership model, and action plan to ensure data quality across sites and timely resolution of gaps. Lead weekly plan-for-every-part new item assessments and utilize Spotfire KPI dashboards to monitor accuracy. Partner with the Materials Digital leader to integrate new sites and scenario-specific rules into dashboards, assessing logic changes to accommodate evolving planning models and business rules.
Continuously develop and refine standard work instructions, ensuring adherence to Data Quality processes.
Lead the Mass Change Council to evaluate bulk data change requests, identifying dependencies and downstream impacts. Direct and guide contracted resources on reporting initiatives and Oracle data updates. Drive automation of data management processes, fostering the development of tools to consolidate, reformat, and update Oracle data. Simplify validation techniques for data updates.

**Required Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or high school diploma/GED with at least 7 years of supply chain management experience).
+ Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain management.
+ Expertise in Oracle ERP system functionality and MRP runs, with a deep understanding of item master and bill of material impacts on planning, sourcing, and manufacturing processes.
+ Technical proficiency in data mining and manipulation using Oracle, Spotfire, DBeaver, and SQL language.
+ Basic knowledge and aptitude to learn AI models and utilize to drive process efficiencies.
+ Ability to set up new planning models, assess major data changes, and resolve item and configuration data issues.
+ Strong project management skills, including communication, issue resolution, and stakeholder recommendations.
+ Fundamental knowledge of Lean principles.
+ Advanced Excel skills, including formulas and pivot tables.
+ Proven ability to foster a culture of excellence, drive process improvements, and align stakeholders to address data gaps.
**Desired Characteristics**
+ CPIM certification.
+ Experience as a team member during Oracle ERP launches or ERP projects.
+ Familiarity with Engineering Change Processes and PLM systems.
+ Background in Data Management and/or Data Analytics within a manufacturing domain.
+ Experience leveraging AI tools, such as Alteryx, Claude, CoPilot Power Query, to drive automation.
+ Demonstrated ability to lead and influence business process changes, analyze and resolve problems.
+ Strong organizational skills to plan and execute programs, prioritize conflicting demands, and align stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
