• Base salary on a Full-Time Basis: $540,000
• Bonus potential based on metrics up to $25K
• The full-time position is for 180 hours per month - 24 hour shifts or can do some 12 hour shifts.
• Excess shifts paid at $250/hour - there may be an additional stipend for APP supervision (the APPs run the floor - about 20 "swing" beds).
• Single physician coverage with APP support
• Small hospital, not a trauma center patients can be referred to the larger hospital in Albany, GA
