What You'll Do

As a Plumbing Service Technician, you'll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and installing plumbing systems with a focus on quality craftsmanship and exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

• Diagnose and repair water heaters, fixtures, faucets, drains, and piping
• Read and interpret blueprints and plumbing layouts
• Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction with every service call
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and service vehicle
• Arrive on time, prepared, and professionally presented
• Clean up after jobs respecting the customer's home is a must
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a high quality of workmanship

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a residential plumbing service technician
• Proficiency with plumbing repairs and installations
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Possession of all necessary hand tools
• Valid Florida drivers license with clean driving record
• Must be 21 years or older (for insurance purposes)
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
