Pierre Chevrolet- Business Development Center Representative

Salary: Pay: $20.76 per hour plus bonuses, with an estimated compensation range of $43,200.00-$54,000.00

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Business Development Center Representative to join our team in a fast-paced, high call volume environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing information about products and services, and supporting the sales team to drive business growth.

Duties:

• Generate appointments and quotes by means of proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management in an effort to qualify and market to potential customers
• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls dailywith professionalism and efficiency
• 75 quality calls a day, 50 quality texts a day, email where appropriate, ensuring inbound communication is answered
• Listen and be attentive to customer needs and priorities in order to provide appropriate suggestions and guidance on our vehicle offerings
• Provide superior customer service and achieve the highest degree of customer satisfaction
• Work in close partnership with sales consultants to provide qualified leads and detailed information on customer requirements
• Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet
• Check email frequently and respond to inquiries promptly
• Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly
• Contribute to the overall success of the dealership by working with all customers, teams and departments collaboratively and professionally with a positive, roll-up your sleeves attitude

Qualifications:

- Experience managing a high volume of customer interactions by phone is strongly preferred

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  - Proficiency in math and retail math for pricing and inventory control
  - Upselling skills to promote additional products or services
  - Multilingual abilities are advantageous for diverse customer interactions.
