We are looking for aMarketing Administrator to support our marketing team with day-to-day operations, content creation, and campaign coordination. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, creative, and eager to grow in the marketing field while helping expand R.J. Kieltys community presence and online visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling social media content (text, images, video) across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google My Business
• Monitor social media accounts, respond to comments/messages, and help manage online reviews
• Support marketing campaigns through coordination, research, and reporting
• Maintain and update marketing calendars and timelines
• Assist with event planning and promotion, including community events and sponsorships
• Provide administrative support for contracts, vendor communications, and marketing documentation
• Track digital analytics and prepare performance reports for campaigns
• Support podcast production and light editing tasks
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure brand consistency and reputation management

Qualifications:

• 12 years of experience in marketing, digital media, or related field (internships or entry-level experience acceptable)
• Strong familiarity with social media platforms and business applications
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and content creation best practices
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
