The Director of Marketing serves as the strategic leader for all marketing efforts, responsible for positioning the hotel and its venues, including but not limited to, guest rooms, restaurants, café, spa, catering, and event spaces, for long-term success in local, regional, and national markets. This role develops and oversees the annual marketing plan and budget, guiding campaigns that drive revenue, brand visibility, and guest loyalty across digital, print, public relations, and experiential channels.
As a key member of the hotel’s leadership team, the Director of Marketing collaborates closely with sales, revenue management, and operations to ensure cohesive strategies that align with business goals and the hotels brand standards. The position directly supervises the Marketing Coordinator, providing mentorship and oversight to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
Experience and Expertise of the following are a must have for this position:
Google analytics understanding and ad creation ability
Email marketing campaign and CRM experience
Social media strategy
Brand development support
Multi-property hospitality or travel industry experience
Pay starting at $85,000-$95,000 per year

Experience / Education
Independent hotel experience and demonstrated digital marketing experience required. Hotel sales experience preferred. College education and/or equivalent work experience required.
