About who needs care: Looking for care of hip replacement, has dimentia, requires support getting up at all times. Need someone to do exercises, make sure he does not fall top priority. About the care needs: Older person, go-getter, knows what needs to be done before asking. Keeps patient as priority above all other tasks. Kind, caring and patient. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
