About who needs care: Alzheimers, showers 3-4 times weekly, brief hair/make/dressing assistance, breakfast/lunch, tv, short walks, loves nails tended to, naps. Unable to stay alone due to memory impairment, wandering to neighbors home About the care needs: Assertive but kind/caring. ADL prompting/minimal assistance. Assistance with meals, loves chatting, nail time, tv Services needed include: companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
