Senior Project Manager - MEP

Responsibilities include:

• Lead and manage multi-discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection) projects
• Effectively plan and manage scope, schedule, and budget for multiple projects
• Actively involved in Client development, maintenance, and management.
• Lead meetings and represent the firm by attending meetings / presentations
• Effective communication and coordination with various stakeholders
• Ensure construction is as per the policies, procedures and plans
• Handle RFIs, Submittals, Change Orders, Contractor’s Payment Requests, etc.
• Ensure safety at construction project site
• Manage and support project close-out activities including punch list, close-out documentation

Qualification & Skills:

• Minimum 10 Years of MEP Experience in technical Consulting Engineering or Project Management.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering and MUST HAVE PE License
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Compensation:

Up to $165,000/year
