In this role, you will oversee 50+ skilled trades professionals, working closely with general contractors and project executives. You’ll manage budgets, schedules, BIM coordination, HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems, ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

We’re looking for candidates with:

• Demonstrated success leading large hospital or healthcare construction projects.
• Experience managing multi-trade crews and collaborating with GCs.
• Strong knowledge of budget control, BIM, HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems.
• Leadership that inspires teams to deliver quality work under demanding timelines.
