Job Description
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. This role is the voice of the customer internally—connecting operations, supply chain, and account management to ensure seamless service delivery.
What You’ll Do
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and problem-solving.
Manage escalations related to orders, shipping, returns, and discrepancies.
Support daily operations: order entry, inventory adjustments, cycle counts, and reporting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align expectations and improve processes.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and Teams in a professional, timely manner.
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or GED required; customer service experience preferred.
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word; comfortable working across multiple systems.
Fluent in English (Spanish a plus).
