General Manager Self Storage

Beehive Self Storage is looking for a General Manager at Ogden's largest and most secure storage facility. Why work at Beehive Self Storage? Must be a hard worker, ambitious, friendly and professional. $18-20 hourly base with additional sales bonuses.

Responsibilities:

• Help manage the office and serve Beehive's customers

• Guide new customers through the move-in process and in taking monthly payments.

• With integrity, handle cash and credit card payments, prepare bank deposits and pursue collections.

• Set revenue goals, work to increase sales and facility performance.

• Maintain existing customer relationships.

• Manage day to day maintenance of the facility.

Qualifications:

• High school education or equivalent GED. Some college education is preferred.

• Customer service and sales experience.

• Light maintenance skills including repairs, painting, etc.

• Computer skills.

• Valid driver's license with a reliable, insured vehicle to run errands and make deposits.

Compensation:

• $18-20 hourly base with additional sales bonuses.
