Store Crew Member

Position: Store Crew Member

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers with a smile and provide outstanding service

• Prepare and serve ice cream, drinks, and desserts with care and consistency

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including dining and prep areas

• Restock ingredients and supplies as needed

• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a clean and safe environment

• Assist with opening and/or closing duties, including setup, cleanup, and register tasks

• Work as a team to keep service running smoothly and customers happy

Requirements:

• Customer service experience is a plus, but not required—we’re happy to train!

• Friendly, positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team setting

• High school diploma or currently enrolled preferred
