Flooring Salesperson

We’re a family-owned flooring company looking for a motivated and professional Sales Representative to take ownership of the sales process from first contact through to final installation. If you’re passionate about customer service, enjoy being hands-on, and have a knack for closing deals, we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full sales cycle—from initial client contact to project completion

• Measure job sites using our digital app and generate accurate estimates

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through phone, email, and in-person communication

• Supervise installations to ensure quality and client satisfaction

• Analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth

• Collaborate on and implement innovative sales strategies

• Build new partnerships and grow our client base

• Track and report on individual and team sales performance

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or account management

• Background in flooring, construction, or property management

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong ability to build rapport and earn client trust

• Self-motivated with strong leadership and organizational abilities

• Tech-savvy and comfortable using mobile apps for job site measurements
