The Opportunity

Compensation Structure

As Independent Contractor:

• Standard: $70 per customer (paid over 6 months)
• Multilingual (any priority language): $85 per customer
• Trilingual+: $100 per customer
• Team building overrides available
• Referral bonuses
• Business expense reimbursement

Priority Languages:

• Mandarin Chinese - Highest Priority
• Vietnamese - High Priority
• Russian - High Priority
• Spanish - Valuable
• Korean - Valuable
• Tagalog - Valuable
