JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for a reliable and flexible part-time Driver to operate a box truck between Oakland, San Francisco, and Bay Point. The position is scheduled for Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (some evening availability appreciated). During occasional downtime, the driver will assist with miscellaneous tasks such as loading/unloading equipment and providing operational support as needed. Each day will begin onsite to load the truck, followed by scheduled drop-offs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive a box truck between Oakland, San Francisco, and Bay Point, CA
- Ensure safe and efficient transport of goods
- Load and unload equipment as needed
- Perform miscellaneous operational tasks during downtime (e.g., building equipment, assisting staff)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the vehicle
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing tasks and schedules
- Strong reliability and communication skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, loading, and unloading
- Previous experience driving a box truck is a plus, but not required
