Companion Care Needed

I need senior care provider with experience. Our care concerns are: Medication Prompting, Help Staying Physically Active, Bathing / Dressing, Meal Preparation, Companionship, Transportation. Medication management is required. Some help needed with bathing. Additional responsibilities include meal preparation. Duties include providing companionship and social interaction. Duties include transportation (doctor's appointments, errands, etc.).
