Housekeeper Needed - Full-time / Part-time

Majority of home has vinyl plank flooring - it is recommended that warm water and a damp cloth be used, no harsh chemicals. Due to traveling, I am only at the home 2-3 days a week so this will be an "easy" clean. But it also means that I need a cleaner who will see things that need to be cleaned versus going off a checklist. For example, if they see a spider web in a corner I would want that cleaned even though it might not be on the checklist.
